Last week I ordered myself a gift for my surgery next week! Gotta have some incentive right? Lol. Just kidding! I have started rewarding myself with a lil gift when I do something with my medical that is hard and I don't want to do it. I think a reward system is great and it helps make me feel better. So if your chronically ill make yourself a reward system. It doesn't need to be expensive or fancy just do what you can to add a little sunshine to your days! Xo!-Chelle
